Service Plugs
Service plugs are used in the repair and maintenance of hydraulic systems, allowing users to plug ports and hoses while replacing filters, swapping out components or making other system repairs. An ideal solution for preventing spillage and containing hydraulic fluid, these plugs require no tools to use – just grab and seal, and use the convenient hexagon-shaped head to easily grip and hand tighten to provide a reliable seal.
In addition, these service plugs are IATF 16949 certified and offer good resistance to aliphatic hydrocarbons like fuel oils, diesel and propane. They alsohave good mechanical abrasion and low deformation composition under pressure. The plugs are permeable at low gas pressures, and have moderate weather/ozone resistance and low resistance to polar and aromatic solvents.
