HVTP Series Flex500™ high-temperature plugs are designed to provide a secure fit in open ports, helping maintain a reliable seal during processing and shipping. The tapered design allows for easy insertion while helping prevent the plug from dislodging unintentionally.

  • Flanged lip design allows for quick removal with a simple tug to break the seal
  • Suitable for masking applications during painting, plating and powder coating processes
  • Withstands temperatures up to 500°F for intermittent use (5 minutes or less) and 300°F for continuous use (10 minutes or less)
  • Recommended for single-use applications
  • Tapered design for secure fitting in open ports
